All designs, images, written content, and CNC artworks featured on MK Laser’s website and materials are protected by copyright and belong solely to MK Laser. No part may be reproduced or used without our written consent.
2. Client Work and Portfolio Use
We may feature your project in our portfolio, both online and offline, to highlight the artistry and impact of our decor solutions. If you wish to keep your project private, please notify us before production begins.
3. Orders, Payments & Cancellations
Custom work begins only after we receive an advance payment and final design confirmation. Once the production process starts, cancellations are generally not accepted due to the personalized nature of CNC and carving work. Final payments are required before dispatch or installation
4. Delivery and Timelines
Delivery schedules are shared upfront based on design complexity and availability of materials. While we strive to meet promised timelines, delays due to third-party logistics, weather, or unforeseen issues may occur. MK Laser is not liable for such delays, but we remain committed to transparent communication.
5. Site Responsibility and Installation
Clients must ensure the site is ready and accessible for safe delivery and installation. MK Laser is not responsible for damage caused by improper site conditions or mishandling after delivery.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
All transactions and disputes involving MK Laser shall be governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
7. Limitation of Liability
MK Laser ensures every detail is crafted with precision. However, we are not liable for inaccuracies caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client. Final approval of the design is the client’s responsibility before production begins.
